Coach Paul Purvis
Next Level Impact

Coach Purvis is a performance coach with over 30 years of experience coaching football and training athletes across multiple sports. Throughout his career, he has helped athletes reach high levels of competition, including college and professional opportunities, while earning a reputation for building disciplined, resilient individuals—not just strong athletes.

Today, Coach brings that same coaching standard to adults who want to train with purpose. His focus is on helping men and women build real strength, move better, and protect their bodies so they can stay active, capable, and confident long term.

Next Level Impact was created as a natural evolution of Coach’s work. Over time, he recognized the need for a more intentional, goal-driven coaching environment—one focused on measurable progress, clear outcomes, and true physical transformation. This shift allows him to coach at the level he’s known for: assessing, correcting, progressing, and guiding people toward meaningful change.

Coach’s approach emphasizes quality over quantity. He coaches movement, not just exercises, and believes progress comes from consistency, proper mechanics, and intentional progression—not exhaustion or random intensity.

What sets Coach apart is his ability to coach individuals within a group setting without lowering expectations. Every session is structured, coached, and purposeful, allowing clients to train safely while continuing to improve over time.

Coach works with people who are serious about their health, strength, and long-term performance. His mission is simple: help people train smarter, get stronger, and stay in the game for life.

Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

How is Next Level Impact different from typical group workouts?
Next Level Impact is performance coaching, not general fitness. Every session is structured with specific goals, progressions, and coaching cues. This isn’t about showing up and getting tired—it’s about measurable improvement and long-term strength.
Is this program only for athletes?
No. This program is for men and women who want to train with intention. You don’t need an athletic background—just a willingness to be coached and a commitment to improving how your body moves and performs.
Will I get individual coaching in a group setting?
Yes. Coach works with individuals within the group, providing real-time feedback, corrections, and progressions while maintaining a structured group environment.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
Many clients come in with past injuries or movement limitations. Training is scaled appropriately, and exercises are adjusted to protect joints while continuing to build strength and resilience.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week, depending on goals, recovery, and schedule. Coach will help guide what makes sense for you.
Who is this program NOT for?
This program may not be a fit if you’re looking for unstructured workouts, quick fixes, or minimal coaching. Next Level Impact is for people who want to train with purpose and consistency.
